The Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement is responsible for sourcing, supplier relationship management and spend management for the following areas:
The Associate Director is responsible for creating a sourcing strategy that leverages spend across the business and takes advantage of low cost sourcing opportunities with a focus on total cost and without sacrificing quality and service levels. Must meet financial performance expectations, exceed customer requirements and create value for business partners while developing a proactive, results-oriented team and facilitating continuous process improvement.

- Security Products and services
The individual must have a college degree. MBA or Certification in Purchasing Management (C.P.M.) preferred.
Required Experience & Technical Requirements
Must have 12-15 years of progressive experience in a multi-site Pharmaceutical environment having focused on procurement for R&D and commercial manufacturing. Must be very knowledgeable with respect to web based requisition and procurement systems, e-based commercial exchanges and SAP modules. Individual must have proven leadership skills and experience managing staff in multiple locations.
