Kratos Networks is seeking an Asian Regional Sales Manager to join our company as part of our Sales and Marketing Team. Candidate will become an integral member or our Business Development Team and will be responsible for establishing and managing our Rep network and end user customers in the Asia Pacific Region. Candidate must have experience selling into the Asian Pacific marketplace, have good knowledge of the market and be capable of understanding the technical aspects of our products and markets with the ability to perform product demos, analyze system requirements, develop solutions, prepare pricing and proposals, and most importantly sell the solution to the customer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing our Asian/Pacific Rep Network, supporting the sales and marketing activities of new as well as established Reps and end users in the region, and marketing and sales of our products in Asia. Activities will include lead generation, lead follow up, requirements analysis, lead qualification, proposal generation, contract negotiation and closing.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently without close supervision, will have excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of successful selling in the software or communications marketplace in the Asia/Pacific arena is a must.
Knowledge of experience in network management, remote management, M&C or SCADA Systems as well as being able to speak some of the local languages in an advantage.
