ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Correctly identify parts for conformity using gauges or samples and correctly assembling these parts into the various Prescott division firearms per the daily build schedule.
Must maintain a record free and clear of misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence and felonies.

Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at the end of the shift or at the end of the particular operation being performed.
Production proficiency must be at or above the established standard, pieces per hour, for every operation being performed, and must also comply with prescribed quality guidelines.
Accurately completes all necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
Complies with Company safety rules and regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
This is an extremely repetitious position which requires sitting or standing for up to 10 hours per day.
