Develop, prepare, plan and coordinate assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training curriculum and pilot training programs
Provide feedback encompassing training efforts to determine training influence on targeted personnel groups
Prepare critical objective analysis on the effectiveness and return of investment for various training approaches; including qualitative and quantitative assessment measures for individual product and cumulative influence of curriculum, training tools, signage, and command program support
Create comprehensive assessment materials and an assessment tool that will be utilized through classroom facilitation and electronic measures for each assessment conducted
Provide detailed written reports of the effectiveness of the individual products and cumulative influence being evaluated
Responsible for managing and collecting all survey data that will produce evaluation measures in the assessment framework.
Analyze requirements and perform training analysis for the development of military training courses related to the prevention of and response to sexual harassment and sexual assault
Be responsible for the accuracy and comprehensiveness of information provided within each assessment conducted
Collaborate with curriculum developers, mobile training teams, and other team members to ensure the highest level of quality in final products
Support the development of estimates for project scope, schedule, and resource requirements
Demonstrate individual behaviors consistent with and contributing to a positive and productive team
Adhere to AFSC policies and procedures as well as government curriculum development requirements
Interact with team members and clients to ensure accomplishment of projects and client satisfaction
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Assessment Lead must have at least five (5) years of direct work experience in conducting assessments and program evaluations for military programs
Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and oral correspondence to all levels of management, including presentation of briefs
Knowledge of and ability to apply operations research to assess needs and provide solutions to address effectiveness and return of investment for training approaches
Strong analytical, management and problem solving skills to assess needs and recommend solutions
Create and deliver customized training evaluations and solutions and performance improvement programs
Must be able to write in a clear concise manner, and possess excellent English composition and grammar skills
Possess ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Desired skills
Master’s degree preferred
Veteran or Military/DoD experience/DOD civilian experience
