This position will support the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Program Office in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data for the Department of Labor's Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant.
In collaboration with the consortium members and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the Assessment and Grant Evaluator will be responsible for designing and implementing assessment tools for reporting project results. This position will also track the progress of each strategy including implementation, process, and longer-term outcome measures.
Demonstrated skill in using different research methods. Demonstrated skill in project or grant evaluation. Demonstrated skill in data analysis and reporting. Demonstrated skill in data collection and statistical analysis. Demonstrated ability in the development of statistical reports on analyzed data. Experience in data exploration including face-to-face and telephone interviews and surveys. Experience in designing surveys for data collection. Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality regulations. Knowledge of data security measures. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, exercise initiative, and to work independently. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other people and in a team situation. Ability to combine data from various sources into a single data report. Demonstrated intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with Microsoft Office, information systems, and diverse data sources. Experience with student information systems. Bachelor's degree in education or business administration, management, information systems, industrial/organizational psychology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and training that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience.

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in a project management position. Experienced in grant evaluation and reporting. Experience working in a higher education environment. 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
FUNDING STATUS: This is a full-time, grant funded position.
This position requires satisfactory completion of background checks prior to employment. This position is contingent upon availability of funding.
