Summary: Responsible for assisting the Accreditation and Policies Manager with projects, reports, scheduling, and communication. Performs as the link between the supervisor, co-workers, and business associates by performing the following duties.


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to four years of administrative experience in a pharmaceutical or medical field.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects, and follows through in a timely manner.*
  • Assists manager with daily operations for the company and corporate office.*
  • Tracks department and company information in spreadsheets as needed.*
  • Follows up with various cross-functional departments and individuals to assess the progress, and updates the tracking documents and summary sheets.*
  • Responsible for the process of a new or revised P & P from initial formatting through the final review, training, and implementation.*
  • Enters, updates, and tracks policies and procedures on SharePoint.*
  • Maintains levels of confidentiality in all areas of the job.*
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft products.
