Summary: Responsible for assisting the Accreditation and Policies Manager with projects, reports, scheduling, and communication. Performs as the link between the supervisor, co-workers, and business associates by performing the following duties.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to four years of administrative experience in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects, and follows through in a timely manner.*
Assists manager with daily operations for the company and corporate office.*
Tracks department and company information in spreadsheets as needed.*
Follows up with various cross-functional departments and individuals to assess the progress, and updates the tracking documents and summary sheets.*
Responsible for the process of a new or revised P & P from initial formatting through the final review, training, and implementation.*
Enters, updates, and tracks policies and procedures on SharePoint.*
Maintains levels of confidentiality in all areas of the job.*
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
