The Assistant, Corporate Human Resources assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Human Resource team’s functions and duties.
These duties include: answering phones, scheduling candidate interviews and travel, updating candidate database, maintaining personnel reports for various business units, maintaining files, and creating/modifying presentations, reports, and surveys.
The Assistant must be able to interact professionally with all levels of CBS Management as well as with outside business contacts.
This position involves working with highly confidential/sensitive information. The Assistant must exercise discretion at all times.
The ability to work independently, pay attention to detail and exercise sound judgment is essential.
The assistant should possess good interpersonal skills and practice good business etiquette.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills required.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage deadlines and have excellent follow through.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous administrative support, human resources experience, and knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) preferred
