ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an Account Executive to support our Healthcare team in New York or Washington DC. You’ll collaborate within the team, provide client service support to our healthcare group including clients that manufacture and market biopharmaceuticals, consumer health products and provide health services to physicians and patients and healthcare policy. Specific duties include:
Build strong relationships with client and vendor contacts & proactively manage correspondence
Demonstrate familiarity of regulatory process and landscapes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time and on budget
Exhibit strong focus on traditional PR and technical writing and working with media
Media relations, tracking, reporting and social media monitoring
Attend meetings, troubleshoot problems, draft recaps
Write, edit and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles
Report to all members of the team and will work with multiple simultaneously
Demonstrate understanding of healthcare terminology
You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, have an understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR tactics and the media landscape, and drive great results for clients while building great relationships with your clients and your team.
2-3 years of experience in PR; agency experience with healthcare, healthcare policy or pharmaceutical clients preferred
Excellent writing skills, experience crafting pitches, releases, contributed articles
Excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive and consistently meet deadlines is a must
Solid grasp of all basic public relations tools and how they affect the client.
