We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Apartment Manager to join our Residential Client Services Team at our beautiful apartment community, Cullen Park, in Houston, TX. Cullen Park is a LIHTC community and we are seeking a strong Assistant Manager with experience supporting LIHTC communities.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will have the privilege of assisting the Community Manager to take full accountability and ownership for your community and the satisfaction of the residents in the community. The model candidate has a solid track record of bookkeeping and rent collection. Responsibilities include monitoring the leasing and maintenance activity as needed, providing leasing support as needed and receiving and handling resident requests and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced computer skills is a must! Previous property management experience and experience with MRI is preferred but not required. You must have a passion for life-long learning and prefer an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of empowerment.
