We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced (Assistant Apartment Manager) Customer Service Manager to join our team at Mallard Park in Raleigh, NC.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will have the privilege of assisting the Community Manager to take full accountability and ownership for your community and the satisfaction of the residents in the community. The model candidate has a solid track record of bookkeeping and rent collection. Responsibilities include monitoring the leasing and maintenance activity as needed, providing leasing support as needed and receiving and handling resident requests and complaints.

Most of all, we are seeking a leader who is insanely passionate about delivering exceptional service to our residents and customers. The ideal candidate will not only live our "WOW Customer Service core value" but will be adept at instilling this within each member of the team they lead.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced computer skills is a must! Previous property management experience is required and experience with MRI is preferred but not required. Strong bookkeeping skills and collection skills is required.
