The Assistant Banquet Manager provides support to the Banquet Manager in overseeing all facets of the Banquets Department. The Assistant Banquet Manager coordinates the set-up and service of all functions in the hotel/resort. In conjunction with the Banquet Manager, the Assistant Manager coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Banquet staff.
