The Assistant Banquet Manager oversees all facets of the Banquets Department. They coordinate the set-up, scheduling and service of all functions in the hotel. The manager coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Banquet staff.
We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, banquets/catering, excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Applicants are required to have two to three years’ previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.
