Qualified candidates will possess three to five years banking center management experience along with two to three years of customer service experience as well as thorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services. Proven sales/business development experience and success is also required. The ability to coach and motivate staff to meet sales and customer service goals as well as the ability to monitor and meet financial goals is a must.
