Cumulus Little Rock has an opening for an Assistant Business Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: benefits administration, accounts receivable, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, policy & office administration, corporate communication, record keeping, and filing.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and deadlines. Speed and accuracy is a must, as well as a strong project management skills and work ethic. Strong detailed analytical and organizational skills required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and facilitate change are also very important. Candidate must be proactive self-starter who works with minimum of supervision. This position reports to the Business Manager
Successful candidate must understand accounting in order to review each payroll journal entry
for the General Ledger. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent communication
skills. Responsible for keeping current on payroll and personnel filing. Proficiency with
Excel and Word.
