Position Purpose

Serve as the Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach, to include:
Evaluate and recruits student-athletes; serve as an on-floor coach and provide game preparation guidance; perform administrative duties on behalf of the volleyball team (e.g. conduct periodic grade and attendance checks, make team travel arrangements, coordinate with Facilities Coordinators; coordinate Alumni games, volleyball tournaments, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology or related field.

Computer Skills
Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing, Web Page Maintenance

Experience

Two years college or high school coaching experience required.

College athlete experience preferred.

Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position:
Driver's license

NCAA Certification required within 60 days following date of hire.

Demonstrated success in recruitment of quality student athletes.
