Assist program managers in the planning, development, coordination and delivery of credit/non-credit programs; perform high level of secretarial work, public relations, and support activities; work with faculty and staff to insure proper program delivery and preparation of collateral material; implement marketing plans and coordinate program needs with conference services.

Additional Position Summary Details:
Work Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Monday through Friday, and some evenings and weekends

Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required:
Three or more years of job-related experience working half time or more (a higher level of education may be substituted for some of the experience requirement)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Applications software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; willing to travel to off-site programs and work some evenings and weekends; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Salary Range:
Minimum $23,050
