This role is responsible for executing elements of the promotions strategy, including design and execution of three annual portfolio Moments that are designed to achieve specific portfolio NSV and display growth objectives. This individual will assist the Sr. Consumer Promotions Manager with execution of external partnerships and manage day to day relationships with these partners. He/she must be able to contribute effectively to the development of promotion strategy, shape the annual promotion plan development and support the core brand ABMs to execute with excellence in market. This role will also be responsible for partnering with the Brand Management Teams and Finance to provide consistent and timely financial reporting of promotional spending each period.
Work collaboratively across agencies to design & develop 360 support plans for three portfolio Moments annually.
Shape and implement promotional Moment activity, including customer specific initiatives, in support of portfolio objectives.
Manage day to day relationship with external partners.
Analyze and review Portfolio Moments performance to monitor and offer recommendations to react/ evolve in future years
Consolidate and monitor brand controlled promotion expenditures and alert
SBM to any inconsistencies or unapproved shifting of funds.
2 Years Promotions Experience in the CPG industry or Agency environment
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of CPG selling organization
15 to 20% travel
Successful completion of drug screen and background check
3+ Years Promotions Experience in the CPG industry or Agency environment
MBA or Advanced degree
CPG Brand Management Experience
