MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Month and year end close and generation of financial statements and first draft of CEO letter
Create client invoices
Process accounts receivables and monitor client aging and open balances
Post and reconcile deposits
Review and approve, as appropriate, accounts payable invoices
Perform monthly account reconciliations, including bank and GL accounts
Assist with annual audit
Management of accounting staff (2 currently)
