We are seeking a professional with an exceptional service attitude for the position of Assistant Director of Finance. The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Finance Division, supervises all the managers and associates/talent members in the department and ensures that all accounting functions are in line with company standards. The Assistant Director of Finance will also be responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. They also ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions and oversee cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection and payroll.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 year college degree and four to five years of related experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, must be self-motivated, organized, must be able to build positive relationships with clients with ease and multi lingual skills are preferred.
