EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in dietetics, hospitality management, food and beverage management, business or other related field.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years previous experience in food service as supervisor or manager.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have eye/hand/foot coordination, finger/fine dexterity and be able to perform repetitive activity. Must be capable of transferring-vertical/horizontal, lifting/carrying 21 to 35 pounds and be able to push/pull, climb, kneel, walk, sit, flex/position/twist, stand, hold, and reach.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director plans, directs, coordinates, and controls resources of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to provide excellent service to the customers, staff, and patients.
