Designs and delivers creative Intramural Sports programming and assesses team, individual/dual, and meet sports. Responsible for Intramural Sports personnel (officials and supervisors), aspects of the budget, and risk management.

REQUIRED: Master's degree in recreation, sport management, or related field and two years of full-time experience with structured sport programming.
Experience in a higher education setting; personnel management and officiating experience; and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer software, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and calendar/task management.
Preferred: Experience with structured sport programming in a collegiate setting. Other information: The Intramural Sports area includes a program director, three assistant directors, three graduate assistants, and an undergraduate program assistant who work collaboratively to deliver 22 sport tournaments ranging from 85 to 420 teams.
Salary range is $40,000 to 45,000 and this position includes Indiana University’s competitive benefits coverage including health/dental insurance and 404(b).
