Position Purpose
Plan and implement on and off campus recruitment events for prospective students and their families, counselors, faculty and staff.
Supervise all aspects of campus visit experience (individual and group).
Counsel and educate students, parents and counselors on all aspects of the University.
Supervise the student ambassador program.
Coordinate orientation programs for new students to enhance the quality of the new student experience by aiding the process of academic, social and personal adjustment to the University.
Schedule, plan and coordinate orientation programs for new students to ensure they meet the needs of students and their families.
Oversee Campus Visit Office, to include hiring, training and evaluating the performance of the student employee staff. Prepare budget-related paperwork.
Assist in training and development of the Admissions Representatives.

Education & Formal Training
Bachelor's degree (Specify field(s) of study below)

Other Education & Formal Training
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related field required. Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or College Student Personnel Administration preferred.

Computer Skills
Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Other - database creation and management.

Two (2) years experience planning, managing and implementing recruitment/orientation activities in the higher education environment.
Supervisory experience preferred.
