Positions Available: 1 Position Summary
The Provider Education Team works with providers in the development of strategies and tools to help sites of service with reimbursement and patient access issues. This team consists of Xcenda’s own national speakers who educate providers about practice management and reimbursement through the development of customized educational content, live practice management programs and through conducting site visits and chart reviews. Education consulting includes the development and implementation of reimbursement tools, among them practice process flows, policy and procedure templates, and customized worksheets to support practice operations, as well as contract evaluation and negotiation. Through these customized presentations and tools, Xcenda consultants support physicians, nurses, and office managers in the daily operations of clinical practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Specifically, this position will be expected to perform the following:
Support or lead client management activities including making strategic recommendations regarding educational need of provider sites
Provide oversight of associates contributing to deliverables
Deliver interactive educational presentations
Conduct extensive research and help develop content for practice education presentations and projects
Support or lead the credentialing of speaker teams
Coordinate and manage practice management deliverables and legal review with provider education leadership team
Provide effective communication skills to support external meetings, presentations and client management
Superior oral and written communication skills
Participate in ongoing client account management for practice education related projects
Conduct research and help lead analysis and writing of a wide range of consulting projects
Assist in business development activities including drafting proposals
Performs related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred. Specific practice management experience. Leadership and management experience. Minimum four years experience in private practice or billing management or the third party reimbursement arena Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

Experience with reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals process
Knowledge of private payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure, systems, and reimbursement process
Ability to analyze and interpret regulation and legislation
Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork abilities
Project management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage and mentor employees
Ability to travel to serve as presenters during weekday and/or weekend speaking engagements (involves travel on Fridays/Saturdays)
Ability to manage expenses within allocated budgets
Good driving record
Live within 45 minute drive of major airport
Ability to utilize own car for travel (mileage reimbursed)
Above average computer skills: PowerPoint; Excel; Word
