Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Education or a related field and four years of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade EF.

Preferred Qualifications

This position is responsible for the security of student records including documents and transcripts from previous institutions, paper records prior to 1982, as well as current student folders containing letters of recommendations and test scores. This position is also responsible for assuring grade rosters, drop/adds, academic actions, transcript requests, catalogs, commencement books and other educational records are accessible, maintained and secured according to FERPA and University regulations. Perform an audit on a daily basis to review all daily work. Coordinate documentation efforts for processes performed in the Registrar's Office. Produce training documents and maintain the office master calendar. Assist Director of Registration with special registrations, i.e. Dual Credit, Metroversity, JCC Ultra programs. Co-monitor Registrar e-mail service account. Process daily transcript requests. Responsible for collection, deposit and balancing/auditing of monies collected for transcript fees. Inspect and confirm the accuracy of all cash transactions. Responsible for the accuracy with the National Student Loan Clearinghouse reports. Work with the System Analysts on degree audit and pre-requisite issues as necessary. Create and perform queries as needed for the day to day function of the office. Work with the Associate Director of Records and Registration and Assistant Director for Registration to supervise the Program Assistant Seniors and work study students as necessary.
