Directs student services for off campus, distance learning, and special student populations assigned to be served by the Office of Extended Studies.
Serve as the Service Member’s Opportunity Colleges ( SOC ) Institutional Representative.
Address the concerns and issues of non-traditional student populations served by Extended Studies.

Four (4) years of customer service, marketing and/or program management experience required.
Two (2) years of direct supervisory experience required with two (2) years of office management preferred.
Knowledge of military/government infrastructure, culture and lifestyles preferred.
Knowledge of adult learners and distance learning programs preferred.
Knowledge of best practices in accreditation requirements preferred.
Prior military experience preferred.
Experience in academic advising or counseling and/or transcript evaluation preferred.
Previous experience in the development of policies, procedures, and work rules preferred.
