Description
Reporting Relationship:
The primary initial reporting relationship is to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment. Has frequent contact with staff and administrators. Has frequent contact with influencers and other external constituents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing for adult programs
Help coordinate recruitment efforts for adult programs to achieve enrollment goals for both onsite and online students.
Recruit students for programs as needed.
Develop strategies to partner with key influencers to enhance enrollment goals.
Assist in the implementation of new adult programs.
Represent programs at various public relations and promotional events.
Management
Maintain and develop interdepartmental relationships and communications.
Recruit and hire candidates for recruitment and operational positions.
Supervise and manage program representatives and support staff.
Participate in the training of Program Representatives and Admissions and Marketing Specialist.
Assist in the implementation of new programs.
Manage and direct the information system and communication processes for the department.
Experience:
Two years of admissions/recruitment experience in higher education or two years of management experience.
Outstanding communication and relational skills.
Proven leader with strong management and administrative skills as well as planning and organizational skills.
Supervisory, sales and marketing experience.
