ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Duties: Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Employment Services component. Ensures the delivery of services and forecasting job trends to ensure alignment with strategic plans and optimize employment outcomes. Works as part of an agency-wide management team to further the goals of the Agency with specific focus on at risk, low income, under-employed and unemployed participants.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field, Master's Degree preferred and at least 5 years direct workforce development experience with successful outcomes. Additionally, must have 4 years supervisory experience. Some travel involved locally across three counties. Exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills required. Position is management level with benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.
