The Assistant Director of the PACT will serve as primary advisor and mentor for selected students, preparing them for the transition to the College, integrating them in the College environment, providing academic support and career exploration, promoting retention and graduation.
Education Required or Min Education Required:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and/or Skills Required:
Minimum of three years of appropriately related experience and minimum of two years supervisory experience is required.
Masters Degree is preferred. Experience in student services and advisement is also preferred. Demonstrated ability to interpret career assessment instruments is preferred.
