JOB OVERVIEW:
Oversee, train and motivate Front Office associates to include, front desk agent, concierge, bellman, PBX and night audit to maximize guest satisfaction.
Serves as the MOD, making appropriate decisions and resolving guest issues with the ability of turning a negative experience to a positive one.
Create a sustaining and positive relationship with all other departments at the resort. Provide financial supervision and assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, inventory and labor reviews. Interview, train, schedule and develop all front office associates and supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma with college degree preferred;
One year of front office supervisory experience;
Experience with Par Springer Miller systems or other related hospitality software;
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
