Assist in the daily operation, direction and supervision of Front Desk, Concierge and PBX employees in performing their jobs to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Assume Manager on Duty responsibilities including following up with all departments to ensure smooth operation and handling of guest issues and concerns throughout property. Execute personnel functions including evaluations, counseling and training. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must have 3 years of Hotel/Conference Center business experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory position and be flexible to work varied hours including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time salaried position. Compensation BOE
