The Assist General Manager is responsible for leading yard and office staff to achieve goals in addition to:
• Lead, train and develop team members.
• Provide excellent service to Copart customers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of high-volume business.
• Track and manage budgets.
• Provide hands-on support to team.
Required Skills Successful candidates will possess the following:
•Strong leadership experience
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Great customer relations skills and experience.
•Proven leadership ad staff development experience and skills.
•Possess a valid driver’s license.
•Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
•Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office products, databases).
•Track record for meeting goals within established timelines.
Required Experience Successful candidates will possess the following:
•Proven experience in sales, with emphasis in both operations and sales background or management within a sales or service industry.
•Previous Budget and P&L responsibility.
•Track record of meeting company operational standards and revenue goals.
