The Assist General Manager is responsible for leading

yard and office staff to achieve goals in addition to:
  • Lead, train and develop team members
  • Provide excellent service to Copart customers
  • Manage day-to-day operations of high-volume business
  • Track and manage budgets
  • Provide hands-on support to team

Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, with emphasis in both
operations and sales background or management within
a sales or service industry
  • Previous Budget and P&L responsibility
  • Track record of meeting company operational
standards and revenue goals
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer relations skills and experience
  • Proven leadership ad staff development experience
and skills
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention
to detail and follow-up
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office products,
  • Track record for meeting goals within established

Desired Skill and Abilities:
  • · Previous rental car management a plus
  • Someone who will deliver superior customer service,
effective communication, influential and able to
interact professionally with all types of customers,
vendors and co-workers
  • Strong problem solving and excellent conflict
