Assisting students with questions and processing required student records. Ensuring compliance of department records and university partnerships.
Provide appropriate and timely responses to student services email and phone inquiries.
Reviews and enters student orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Complete new student orientations to the facility and mentored learning labs.
Oversee University Partnerships and correspondence to ensure program compliance.
Maintain and track student records such as progress reports and VA compliance.
Maintaining compliance of files, this includes but not limited to filing, scanning, shredding documents.
Any other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of related experience is required.
Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Must possess good judgment, initiative, strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Great Customer Service Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Local travel flexibility a must.
