Bridge Property Management is seeking a full time Assistant Manager for a 274 unit's community with a strong property management background. Candidate MUST be bilingual (English-Spanish) and is required to have strong leasing abilities and administrative skills. Position Overview - The Assistant Manager, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for posting rent payments, processing invoices for payment, assisting in training and supporting the leasing effort among other administrative duties.We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit program that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PAID time off, paid Holidays and a 401(k) plan.
