Carlo Pazolini is a European footwear and accessory retailer. The Company is one of the leaders in the production and sale of shoes in the better and bridge price range. Carlo Pazolini’s line of products also includes accessories such as belts, bags and scarves.

The Company’s history begins in 1990 and there are currently over 150 retail stores in several European countries. Each year a number of new stores open throughout the world offering a wide variety of shoes and accessories. Most recently, Carlo Pazolini opened its flagship store in Milan in October 2010, in Rome in April, 2011 and its first US stores in fall 2011. There are currently 12 US retail locations.

Key duties include opening and closing the store; managing staff in the absence of the Store Manager; meeting sales goals established by the Company; assisting with visual merchandising; developing a clientele list; leading the team in sales; and maintaining stock levels on the retail selling floor.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service, and will be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail is a must.
