The Assistant HR Manager is responsible for all training in the store, as well as the interviewing and hiring process. This position is also responsible for coaching and counseling.

Ensure all positions are filled with right people on a timely basis

Ensure all associates are trainee in Neiman Marcus orientation and Point of Sales

Performs additional tasks as required

Recruiting and Hiring

Conflict Management

Functional/Technical Skills

Managing and Measuring Work

Building Effective Teams

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred with experience in Human Resources or Department Manager in a retail environment. Master's degree strongly preferred.
