What you’ll do:
Supervise several customer service representatives
Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day functions of the store
Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain company quality standards
Become a key member of a store team that continually seeks to raise expectations
Experience in check cashing, lending, currency exchange, rent-to-own, banking, retail, fast food or consumer finance preferred
Previous shift supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Very strong people, communication and customer service skills
An energetic, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work with people
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
English/Spanish speaking is a plus for this position
