ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Join our team in Napa, CA where you'll work with a great team of practitioners, have a small store working environment (it smells like lavendar!) and one where you can put your passion for customer service to work!
Your responsibilites will include training, serving as the manager on duty (MOD) and carrying out Pharmaca processes and procedures. Our promotion rate for Assistants to manager is 85% -- we have opportunities! You'll also get to learn about natural products and the key points of retailing and merchandising.
For this position, natural product (supplements, beauty, hard goods) is desired. You must have at least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role with a small team. This is retail, and your schedule must be flexible including ability to work evenings (until 9 pm) and some weekends. You must be able to operate an electronic point of sale system.
Our stores are busy so you must be able to work fast, run lean and maximize productivity.
