Support the strategic objectives of the NPAT team by managing projects and assisting in the development of business models and business cases. Assist in activities required to take a concept or technology from idea to a repeatable, scalable, profitable business.

Project Management:
Lead cross functional project teams, serve as project manager for new platform projects

Develop and execute against timelines and budget

Coordinate with R&D, packaging, technology teams, plants, suppliers, etc. for new concept cuttings and evaluations

Develop solid understanding of our facilities and product categories, understand our manufacturing processes and capabilities across all categories and divisions

Business Development:
Completes all assigned correspondence, presentations, and projects within a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Coordinate and execute VOC exercises with customers and cross functional teams to generate and validate insights

Work with team to develop any required POS and training materials

Participate in and coordinate customer visits and ideation sessions: coordinate products, develop presentations

Develop solid understanding of our product categories, key features, uses, value proposition and purpose in the portfolio.

Understand competitive landscape in the industry, along with market and trend knowledge

Gain thorough understanding of cost structure and P&L, incorporate into product definition

Gain thorough understanding of how to develop business cases; go-to-market strategies, channels, positioning, value propositions, pricing, required resources.

Work closely with sales and marketing to incorporate VOC into new platform development and validation

Develop relationships with current and future customers to test theories

Develop relationships throughout organization with sales and marketing, R&D, technology, packaging, plants, regulatory, supply chain, procurement, etc.

What do I need to be considered a candidate?
Individual must possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.

Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment. Solid basic analysis skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast paced environment. Proactive individual with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize.

Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required.

Demonstrated solidy verbal and written communication; presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and passionate about innovation
