Position Responsibilities

Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing and her direct reports, this role is responsible for project managing various tasks performed in the Global Services marketing team in order to enhance the performance of each team member and continue scaling up high value efforts (e.g. campaigns and lead generation)

The Global Services marketing team is comprised of leads for marketing operations, field marketing (includes events) and campaigns (includes web, social media, PR, content).

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
  • Project managing content & collateral creation (fact sheets, brochures, podcasts, case studies, etc.) and other miscellaneous marketing projects
  • Events support
  • Research and intelligence
  • Promotional and event items and inventory
  • Event activation - shipping and managing logistics
  • Marketing administration, including templates, creation and distribution of newsletters and other critical content; creation and management of team status report and program activity calendars; PowerPoint and graphic support as needed for sales enablement
Position Requirements

  • Overall, provide resourceful, efficient support to the various team members focused on different disciplines including web/interactive, content & collateral/sales enablement creation, PR & analyst relations, events, internal communications, and overall brand awareness.
  • Demonstrate experience of coordination and logistics in a corporate environment, in a marketing function, specifically within the technology and/or financial services industries
  • First-class written and oral communications skills required
  • Strong evidence of well honed organizational skills
  • First-class PowerPoint, Word and Excel, skills required
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to partner with fellow marketers and executives inside and outside the Global Services organization and across SunGard
  • Strong customer focus, ability to work well within an international matrix organization
  • High level of adaptability, flexibility
  • Able to work remotely (in addition to the office) and as part of a global virtual team
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines, have strong time management skills
Desirable requirements

  • 2-3 years professional experience; 1-2 years event experience is a plus
  • Experience in writing and editing (newsletters, articles, letters, presentations, etc.); social media savvy a plus
  • Ability to create and manage status reports, setup meetings, keep things moving and on schedule
  • Graphics experience is a plus (knowledge of design systems and CRM systems e.g.,
Educational Requirements

Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent
