As a member of EKU's Office of e-Campus Learning, the Assistant Online Coordinator is responsible for providing services to faculty and students enrolled in the University's online degree programs to ensure student enrollment, retention, and the effective administration of online degree programs. These services include coordinating the admissions, transfer, and advising processes for online students and providing administrative support to the e-Campus programs.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required in business, social sciences, education, communications, marketing or related field
Minimum Experience Qualifications:
Three years of related experience is required, to include demonstrated competence in customer service and interpersonal relations.
Education can substitute for experience but experience cannot substitute for education.
Master's degree is preferred
