Administration experience preferred
Certified or certifiable by the NH Dept. of Education.
Three-year minimum of secondary experience.
Completed or working toward graduate degree in educational
administration and completed
graduate courses or showing competencies in the following:
- Individualized programs including IEP level
- Evaluation of programs and faculty
- Curriculum Instruction, and Assessment
- Pupil personnel management
- Communication skills – written and verbal
- Computer/Technology competent
assistant principal shall be assigned the primary managerial tasks of the

classes, confer with teachers and assist in
the recruitment and evaluation of teachers as directed by

Organization, supervision and evaluation of school activities,
clubs and organizations in coordination with the principal and the athletic
director when appropriate.
Responsible for building security.
Supervision and assignment of teachers.
Coordination of student services at the school.
Participation on the administrative team in preparation of:
- Program of Study
Coordination and chairperson for:
Absent Appeals Committee
Student Assistance Team
Participates on district committees as assigned including
Administrative Team and Data Team.
Organization and coordination of:
Professional Development programs
New teacher programs
Confer and team with other assistant principals.
All other tasks that may be assigned by the principal.
Terms of Employment
220-day contract/ year.
Salary and work year to be determined by the school board.
