The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at all levels. The standard teaching load is nine credit hours per semester. Opportunities exist for part-time summer teaching. |
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Mathematics. ABDs in Mathematics will be considered with evidence of degree completion by August 2013.
A record of excellence in teaching and strong communication skills are required, as well as high potential for scholarly activity.
Strong candidates from all areas are encouraged to apply; preference will be given to candidates with a background in mathematics analysis or geometry; or an ability and willingness to participate in the Department’s undergraduate research program.
