Posting Summary:
The Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology & Metabolism at the University of Virginia seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position for its new clinic opening in the Zion Crossroads. This part-time tenure-ineligible faculty position will create, grow and maintain a clinical practice focusing on endocrinology. The incumbent will work in conjunction with the medical director, administrative management, and nursing staff to facilitate patient management through the health care system.
Candidates must have a MD and be board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology. A minimum of one year experience as a Clinical Instructor is required.
