Assistant Professor of Management

The Eastern Illinois University School of Business invites applications for a 9-month tenure track position at the Assistant level in Management. Position begins in fall 2014. The successful candidate will be qualified and expected to teach undergraduate and graduate management courses in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. The successful candidate also will be expected to engage in related research and service activities, including providing leadership for student organizations.

Requirements include: PhD or DBA in Management (or substantially equivalent discipline), with preference given to candidates having an earned doctorate from an AACSB accredited school; demonstrated ability for effective teaching; and an established record of intellectual contribution or demonstrated potential for such contributions. (ABDs close to completion will be considered).
