Job Description:
·
Primary oversight of Clients to-be facility in Springfield

·
Oversee CLIENT resources working at the
Springfield facility

·
Assist PM to monitor and manage project scope
and schedule

·
Assist PM to manage cost issues raised by the CLIENT
Midwest regional management team

·
Develop strong working relationships with
Springfield PCO, and HFS project management staff

·
Assist PM is resolving issues

·
Act as back-up representative for PM in all
Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Control Office (PCO) and related
status and work plan reporting

·
Provide status reporting to the PM and CLIENT
Midwest regional management team

Skills include:
·
Full understanding of Healthcare / Medicaid
business processes at a general level – MITA knowledge is a huge plus

·
Practical experience managing cross functional
teams, including business and technical resources

·
Hands-on approach to project management and
solution delivery

·
Demonstrated experience to manage the
relationship with business clients and IT teams to align technology solutions
with business requirements

·
Successful performance in conducting project
management/program management activities including project planning,
management, oversight and checkpoint reviews

·
Outstanding written, oral and presentation
communication skills

·
Strong, intellectual flexibility, work ethic and
interpersonal skills

·
Experience working in a state government
environment managing systems development projects

·
PMP certification mandatory
