How you will contribute:
This is a great opportunity to apply classroom knowledge gained through your Bachelorâs degree course work to on the job large mechanical construction projects. You will work alongside an experienced Project Manager assisting with the day-to-day operation of projects, the breakdown and initial booking of a project, scheduling and sequencing parameters for the job, procurement of materials, ensuring proper labor at jobsite, and the detailing and coordination of purchases for the projects. You will contribute to projects with varying diversity. From hospitals to hotels, chemical facilities to correctional facilities and water/wastewater plants to power plants you will have the opportunity to experience all types of mechanical construction. Strive to become an instrumental team member by identifying areas for improvement. Work alongside customers and members at all levels of the organization by providing top-notch customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment.
What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any other related program. Preferred candidates will have completed an internship. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
