BS in finance, business, marketing or technical fields plus two years of related experience is required.
Excellent working knowledge of all MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
Excellent working knowledge of computers, printers, copiers, and other IT equipment.
Good understanding of technology, specifically in the telecommunication and IT technologies.
Very good organizational skills.
General understanding of the procurement (buyer) industry.
General understanding of contracts.
Solid understanding of the DoD, and SPAWAR in particular.
Ability to research and generate cost estimates for a wide variety of technical products (computers, radios, software, etc).

Primary Duties, Responsibilities, & Essential Job Functions:
Assists the Project/Program Manager with government or commercial programs.
Increases customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of quality products and services provided to improve company's position in market segment.
Will coordinate with contracts, procurement, purchasing and accounting staff to complete all tasking.
Assists in the planning and execution of operational requirements such as buying, scheduling, and budgeting for program.
Ensures overall quality and productivity are maintained within the program.
Identifies and resolves operational issues with internal and external customers.
Provide support to Program Manager, Staff, and SRC Customers.
Oversees and is accountable for some aspects of performance of defined scope(s) of work as indicated by customer satisfaction, quality of products, and/or services provided.
Provides direction to organizational elements executing processes required to provide products and services that meet contract quality, performance, schedule, and cost requirements.
Establishes metrics and monitors progress to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and attainment of company commitments and objectives.
Reports progress to appropriate levels of management.
Supports requests for purchase of material and equipment and will work with purchasing to turn into formal material requests and purchase orders.
Will take all bi-weekly financial reports from corporate accounting and track them against forecast for the PM and the end customer.
