Assistant Property Manager

Hines seeks managers to enter into a challenging career in Property Management. 101 California, Figueroa at Wilshire, Fourth at Madison and Embassy House (Beijing) are a sampling of the properties developed and managed by Hines.
The Assistant Property Manager will provide day-to-day operations management of the property and maintain professional and courteous relationships with tenants and contractors. Key areas of responsibility include tenant relations, property operations, tenant construction, lease and contract administration and budget management.

Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Two plus years professional work experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred
- P&L responsibility and budgetary experience
- Strong initiative and customer service orientation
