Parkway Realty Services has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager in downtown Orlando. Essential functions may include assisting in the property maintenance, collections, customer relations, property budgets, reporting, customer improvement activities, and general leasing activities. The Assistant Property Manager is also responsible for ensuring the management office is covered at all times and customer requests are handled in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities may include coding and entering invoices, check runs, following up with vendors, and organizing office files. Candidates should have strong customer service, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with prior real estate management experience, a real estate license, and a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates must be willing to work overtime if needed and respond to emergency calls after hours. Parkway seeks individuals with a team-oriented, winning attitude.
